His Excellency ("H.E.") Tee Tua-Ba holds a law degree (LLB Honours) from the then University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore in 1967. He was appointed Chairman of Portcullis Trust (Singapore) Ltd in October 2007 and has served as a Non-Executive Director of the company since December 2007. H.E. Tee is also presently Ambassador-Designate (Non-Resident) to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and was previously Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Jordan and the UAE, and the High Commissioner to Cyprus and Brunei Darussalam. HE Tee was awarded the 'Tan Sri' title by the Malaysian Government upon being conferred the Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM). H.E. Tee has a distinguished record of public service in Singapore and has held appointments as Commissioner of Police, Director of Prisons, and Director of the Central Narcotics Bureau. During his career with the Ministry of Home Affairs, H.E.Tee received several awards, including the Public Administration Medal (Silver), the Public Administration Medal (Gold) and the Meritorious Service Medal. He also received the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association's Gold Medal of Honour. |

Ms. Celine Tan was admitted as a Barrister of Gray's Inn in England in 1976 and as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 1977. She holds a Master's Degree in Law from the National University of Singapore, from where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science in 1973. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Celine has lectured and tutored at the National University of Singapore and the Singapore Management University. She was a partner of the law firm David Chong & Co. for 18 years. |
